Cannot run the command successfully

Hello

I have initially installed the Trivy package on my Ubuntu system, but I encountered the following problem when I started running a scan task.

It looks like the image is not available.

And when i login into docker hub to try docker pull aquasec/trivy-db:2 this image alone.
It also failed.
