CSV export does not include dismission comment

Hi!
When creating the "Export CSV" via the security tab, the CSV does not contain the dimission comment. That would be very helpful to have, to review dimissed CVEs easily.

Yeah, this would be a really useful addition.

Right now the "Export CSV" from the Security tab drops the "dismissal comment", which makes it hard to review 'why' CVEs were dismissed; especially once you’re outside the UI and working in spreadsheets or reports.

Including the dismissal comment in the CSV would make audits, reviews, and handoffs much easier. Without it, you lose important context and have to jump back into the UI to understand past decisions.

Feels like a small change with a big quality-of-life payoff.
