Per #195 (comment), this is an effort to halt
update-stats.pyin the face of a GHE instance in maintenance mode using the vendor CLI tools.Please note the strange looking construction
ghe-maintenance --query | cat.ghe-maintenancereturns 0 only for instances in maintenance mode, so to re-use theexecuteCommandfunction a pipe to cat is added to ensure a successful run.
