BUG advanced repeat

**Describe the bug**
Advanced repeat that is empty will cause the app to hang.

**To Reproduce**
Open repeat, set it to monthly, click "Advanced", do nothing.

Then, complete the task. 

**Expected behavior**
The task to either not complete or complete and repeat monthly.
