Fixes #8412

Add support for 8.0.0.2 explicitly to prevent falling over to the parent version
Adds log when hypervisor capabilities falling over to the parent version

We could add 8.0a(8.0.0.1), 8.0b (8.0.0.2) and 8.0c (8.0.0.3) if missing

This is a quick workaround.
As Hari said, ideally we should use hypervisor capabilities of parent version, so we do not need to add hypervisor capabilities for each minor release. This could be part of 8.1.x and 8.2.x support task.

Package command usage: package [all(default value),kvm,xen,vmware,hyperv,ovm] - a comma separated list can be passed with package command to bundle the required hypervisor's systemVM templates. Not passing any argument will bundle all - kvm,xen and vmware templates.
