Replace the abandoned GYP with GYP3, which has the following benefits:

Is Python2x3 compatible.
Active development.
Lives in GitHub - https://github.com/refack/GYP.
Has CI testing - https://travis-ci.com/refack/GYP/
Follows semver versioning - current version (6.0.0) is backwards compatible with GYP.
Has an active roadmap.

Checklist

make -j4 test (UNIX), or vcbuild test (Windows) passes
tests and/or benchmarks are included
documentation is changed or added
commit message follows commit guidelines

I was looking for how to do that... Only found it after reading the docs.

Anyway, this should be working now, and it's ready for Rubber Stamp reviews.

BTW: for easy review, first commit is pure GYP vendoring. Second (ATM 2b6fd3f) is just changes in node file.
