Follow up to #7584
Since
ImageFont.truetype()really just constructs anImageFont.FreeTypeFontinstance, I think it makes sense to move the new ValueError fromImageFont.truetype()toImageFont.FreeTypeFont, allowingImageFont.FreeTypeFontto also have this validation.
