Add more platforms to VIIRS EDR reader

Add additional key/value pairs to the platform_name dictionary in the viirs_edr.py reader.

• Closes "Missing" platform abbreviation causes unexpected error when loading data array in Scene #2948
• Tests added (Needs to be done)
