Drop action label effect after merge #6113

Hello community,
it would be nice to have the effect of the action labels released after the merge request gets merged:
as you can see the MR got merged but the label Do not unlock still worked,
the lock would have been released either way, but as this was a long MR with more than 70 planned project we ran an unlock to speed up the locks release,
